The Story
Martinus is the son of the Raged King and elder brother to Elektra and Princess Lucy. Known for his nobility and connection to the dragon race, Martinus had a unique childhood. As a lonely prince, he was often drawn to a giant dragon statue at the Royal Museum. Unlike the many other statues, this dragon deeply fascinated him. One night, he escaped his nanny’s watch and climbed the statue, prizing off a red dragon scale with a small sword.
This first touch of dragon scales—hard, transparent cuticle wrapped in deep red—enchanted Martinus, igniting his dream of becoming a knight. Twenty years later, after winning the Imperial Knight Contest, his obsession with dragons earned him the title “Dragon Knight.” Before leaving the Royal City, Martinus visited the dragon statue, stroking the dragon scale badge on his breastplate with determination: the greatest glory of becoming the first dragon knight in a hundred years must belong to him!
